These terms apply to your use of DailyRankTracking, the rank-tracking service at dailyranktracking.com. By subscribing, you agree to them.

Who we are

The service

DailyRankTracking tracks the keywords you choose in Google and reports your position, daily changes, best position, impressions, clicks, click-through rate and history, in a private online dashboard updated once a day. You can also export your data as a CSV or Excel file from within the dashboard. The service reads your ranking data from Google Search Console, to which you grant read-only access.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or control the website you want tracked.
• You must grant our access email read-only access to that website's Google Search Console — your rankings only appear once this access is given.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

Price and payment

The service costs €14.99 per month, excluding VAT. Payment is processed by Freemius, Inc., which acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for DailyRankTracking. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated, charged, and remitted by Freemius based on your location, and is shown at checkout before you confirm. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Charges appear on your bank or card statement as “FREEMIUS*” or “FREEMIUS SOFTWARE”.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your customer account portal (provided by Freemius) — there is no contract and no minimum term. When you cancel, you keep the service until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it stops at the end of that period. Refunds are handled under Freemius’s satisfaction-guarantee policy shown at checkout. When your paid period ends, your tracker is switched off and your dashboard is closed, so its data is no longer accessible to you; if you want to keep your history, export it as a CSV or Excel file from the dashboard first.

What we provide, and what we can't promise

We provide the tracking service with reasonable care. Your rankings come from Google Search Console, so the service depends on Google making that data available; short delays or gaps in Google's data are normal and outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic or result — we report your positions, we do not change them.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and updated daily, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may occasionally need to pause it for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from Google's data, your use of the rankings, or matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Statement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
