This statement explains how we handle your personal data when you use DailyRankTracking. We only collect what we need to run the service, we never sell your data, and we use no advertising or tracking.

We operate the website dailyranktracking.com and the rank-tracking service offered through it, and we are responsible for your personal data as described here.
What we collect
- Account & billing details — your name, business name, billing address, VAT number (if you provide one) and email address.
- Service data — the website you want tracked, the keywords you choose, and the ranking data (positions, impressions, clicks, CTR) we read from your Google Search Console with your permission.
- Payment — handled by Freemius, Inc., our authorized reseller and payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and your subscription ID. We never see or store your card details.
- Messages — anything you send us by email.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To provide the service — set up your tracker, fetch your rankings daily and send you your private link. (Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.)
- To take payment and send invoices. (Legal basis: our contract with you, and our legal obligation to keep invoices.)
- To contact you about your account or the service. (Legal basis: our contract with you and our legitimate interest in supporting you.)
We do not use your data for advertising, and we run no analytics or tracking.
Who we share it with
We only share data with the providers needed to run the service:
- Freemius — our authorized reseller and payment provider, which processes your payment and handles billing and VAT. Freemius receives your name, billing address and email as part of the transaction.
- Cloudflare — our hosting and database provider. Your account details and ranking data are stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which runs the service.
- Google — we read your ranking data from your Google Search Console, using the read-only access you grant. We do not store your data in Google services.
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States); where they do, they apply appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Invoices and tax records — 7 years, as required by Dutch law.
- Your tracker and ranking data — kept while your subscription is active. When you cancel, at the end of your paid period your tracker is switched off and your dashboard is closed, so your data is no longer accessible to you. We retain your ranking history so your tracker can resume if you return; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
- You can remove our read-only access to your Google Search Console at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@dailyranktracking.com and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Cookies
We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Our checkout is provided by Freemius, which may set functional cookies needed to process your payment securely. Because we use no tracking cookies, no cookie consent banner is required.
Security
We keep your data on Cloudflare’s secure infrastructure, limit who can access it, and only ever hold read-only access to your Search Console — we cannot change or delete anything on your site.
Changes
We may update this statement from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
